Assalam oalaikum,

Medical and scientific research conducted in the 20th century has also confirmed the nutritional value of olives.
There is a long list of the health benefits of olives and olive oil.
Here are some of them:
Extra virgin olive oil reduces health risks from heart diseases, diabetes and prostrate cancer.
Olive oil is the healthiest oil which is enriched with vitamins and is free from cholesterol.
Olive oil contains a high content of phenols and vitamin E due to which it helps to delay the ageing process.
Studies show that the regions where olive oil forms an intrinsic part of the diet, the rate of heart disease is low.
Olive oil’s chief benefit is cardiovascular as it has a rich monounsaturated fat content. This category of fat has been found to lower blood cholesterol levels.
Olive oil is also a great source of antioxidants, which can protect the heart.
It contains a very negligible amount of fatty acid and it does not raise the quantity of harmful fats in the blood like the other types of oil do.
