Assalam oalikum,
Ahmed Ali Al Ajmi is a Qari /Qur'an reciter from Khobar, (an eastern Province in
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). He was born on the 24rth February, 1968.
Ahmed Ali Al Ajmi had completed his graduation from the Mohamed Ben Saud
Islamic University. After completing his graduation he had shifted to Pakistan.
While in Pakistan he had enrolled in the Lahore Public University for a Master’s
degree and a PH.D in Qur’an Interpretation.
Ahmed Ali Ajmi is one of the most distinguished reciters in the Muslim world.
In 1984 A.D (1404 Hijri) he had led Salaah for the first time in Al Moghira Ben
Chooba Mosque followed by the Great Mosque of Khobar in 1985.
In the year 1992 he was appointed as an Imam of the Al Amir Mohamed Ben Fahd
Mosque in Khobar.
Presently he leads the Salaat at Jeddah’s Holy Mosque.
Ahmed Al Ajmi lives with his family in Alorqobia, Khobar in Saudi Arabia.
