The Christians had succeeded in transforming Muslim Spain into Christians Spain. The intolerant Christians demolished each and every mosque in Spain and the Muslims were left with no place to worship.
The notion of such inquisitions is deeply embedded in the world history. An inquisition can be carried out by the civil as well as the church authorities for expelling non-believers from a religion or a nation. The Muslim conquerors have never resorted to such downright cheap tactics to spread Islam or to gain power.
As if their thirst for blood was not quenched, a few centuries later, the Christian forces again raised their ugly head. They started showing their true colors once again with the European colonial powers starting the colonization of the Muslim regions. A historian has described this event metaphorically by comparing the Christians to a python which gobbles up smaller creatures.
The Muslims lands in Middle East, Asia and North Africa were brought under control by the Christian powers with help of superior arms and ammunitions. The plundering of the Muslim lands by the Christians resulted in Europe becoming powerful and the Muslim lands becoming weak.
It was after a lot of bloodshed and years of struggle that finally the Muslim lands gained freedom from the yoke of Christian authority. contd)
